CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointments are very important to me. Each time slot is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes directly impact my ability to serve other clients. To keep things running smoothly, please review the policies below: Deposits: I require deposits for all services booked online and in person. Your time is precious to me and I need to make sure I am able to give you my full and undivided attention. All appointments must be booked online or in person in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in deposit retention. No-Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment and DO NOT notify me, the deposit charged will be kept as a no show fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened (some services may not be able to be performed) or rescheduled, and the late cancellation fee may apply. Card on File: A valid card on file is required to book. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
